Exciting Improvements to Acorn Rewards

In October 2017 the Bradfords Group launched an exciting new benefits package, Acorn Rewards. The aim of this new initiative is to give all current and future Bradfords employees a whole host of great reasons for wanting to work for Bradfords.

Along side all the existing benefits we are now launching some exciting improvements to Acorn Rewards:
We want to be the best employer for families, so, from 1 May we are improving our Maternity and Paternity Pay:

  • Maternity Pay more than doubles from 6 weeks at 90% of pay, followed by 33 weeks at statutory pay to 12 weeks at full pay followed by 27 weeks at statutory pay
  • Paternity Pay increases from 2 weeks at statutory pay to 1 week at full pay and 1 week at statutory pay

From 1 May employees with at least one year’s service will be able to buy or sell 1 week’s holiday.

Our Cycle to Work scheme, in partnership with Halfords, that proved so successful last year, will be available for employees to join again throughout the month of June.

There is lots going on with Acorn Rewards – nearly 70% of employees have now logged in to the online portal and have spent nearly £200,000 since October, saving over £13,000!
