At Bradfords we value the contribution that our employees make to the communities in which we are based.
Obviously the majority of these duties are performed outside of working hours. We have for example employees who are School Governors, Charity and Voluntary workers amongst the many roles our employees take on. Under our employment policies we also encourage employees both unpaid and paid time off to take up certain public duties including retained firefighting, search and rescue and of, the Army Reserve. Some of these roles are predictable and are scheduled into the working month others are dependent upon urgency when flexibility is key.
The Group are justifiably proud of all our employees who put something back into our communities.
